Yellow Box Honey

Yellow box honey comes from the blossom of the yellow box tree. This is a native eucalypt found across parts of Victoria and New South Wales. It’s a rich, buttery honey with a native-forest character. That’s quite different from our lighter wildflower varieties.

Like the rest of our honey, it’s raw and unpasteurised. It comes straight from our own bees in Rural Victoria — nothing heated, nothing added. We don’t feed our bees sugar either, so what you taste is exactly what came out of the hive. You can read more about how raw honey is made if you’re curious.

Prefer to meet us in person? Come and see us at one of our farmers market stalls around Melbourne, or arrange a visit to our gate through our contact page. We’re often out with the bees, so it’s best to call ahead.
