Most supermarket honey is a blend of imported syrups, heated until it pours easily and filtered until there's nothing left of the hive it came from. We do the opposite on purpose, every batch.
Never heated past hive temperature, so the natural enzymes, pollen and flavour stay exactly as the bees made them.

Bizzy Beehive started as a backyard hive in Rural Victoria, and grew one honest jar at a time. We're still a small, family-run apiary today every batch is harvested, extracted and bottled by Australian beekeepers who can tell you exactly which paddock your honey came from.
