The market is located on the car park at Eltham Town Mall, which is in the centre of Eltham at 10-18 Arthur Street.

8am – 12.00pm

The market is on the ‘official’ lists of the 8 best farmers’ markets in Melbourne by both Weekend Notes and The Urban List. The market has been accredited by the Victorian Farmers’ Market Association (VFMA). It is a Local Food Connect initiative.

Entry is free. Dogs are welcome.

Merrifield Farmers’ Market is a brand new market in Mickleham. The market brings to the community a place to connect, local fresh food, kids activities and entertainment.

Merrifield Farmers’ Market operates on the 4th Saturday of the month and includes a range of stalls including fresh produce (vegetables, fruit and meats), handmade arts/ crafts stalls, plants and herbs, sustainability stalls and information from a range of local community groups.

Alphington Farmers’ Market provides an opportunity for the local community to gather and do their household shopping on a weekly basis.

Stallholders attending are farmers of seasonal fruit & vegetables, free range pork, beef, lamb, chooks & eggs, milk straight from the dairy, seedlings, olives & olive oil and nuts. Some you’ll know from other markets whilst others are having their first taste of selling direct to their customers.

In addition to the farmers, there’ll be brekkie and brunch stalls (using local ingredients sourced direct), coffee, freshly squeezed juices, handmade pastries and chai brewed on the spot. And that’s just the beginning… The market runs weekly on Sundays from 9am till 1pm.

Our first market will be on Sunday 13th December,

 then every 2nd Sunday of each month.

The fresh produce and makers market will be open from 9am to 1pm.
