Every batch comes from our own bees in the Victorian countryside. Because the flavour depends on what they’ve been foraging that season, it changes throughout the year. We never blend it to taste the same twice, so no two harvests are quite identical — and that’s part of what makes it interesting.

We never feed our bees sugar syrup, and we never heat the honey past hive temperature. That’s why it stays raw and keeps its natural enzymes, batch after batch.
